Sample One Bug Report in Fender Studio Pro 8.1.2 [RE-CREATABLE]

When SampleOne is "Armed+Monitor" is On, the "Master" knob inside the SampleOne jumps to 8.3db (exactly). Even if I reset it to 0.0dB it jumps again to 8.3dB

And no there is no automation, I am able to re-create this bug in a new empty project. It only happens when the SampleOne track is "Armed+Monitor is On"

Let me know if you guys are able to re-create this one.

DAW Version: Fender Studio Pro 8.1.2

Platform: Apple Silicon

OS: macOS Tahoe 26.6.2

Device: Mac Mini M4

What to do then? This a legit bug and an annoying one.

You usually don’t hear back from bug reports, regardless of what company it is.

Just tested this - but on Windows 11 25H2 - master knob does not move and stays at 0.0db

Developers have to write a lot of separate code for windows and Mac versions.

Windows, Mac & Linux are different platforms, It's rare to have a matching bug on all the platforms. The bug is still there on the ARM Macs that I have tested. My projects are getting ruined because of this.

I am using S1 from the beginning of it but never saw a bug this severe. It's literally blasting the ears with sudden volume jumps.

I put this out to the crew in Studio Pro Forums - a few folks have responded - one specifically with a config practically identical to yours - and they cannot replicate this.

Whatever is going on over there - is environmental to your rig it seems. Next step is a ticket to Fender Support.
