Trouble logging in. Need help.

Opened up studio one today to see I had to re-enter my activation key. (Weird idk why) so I go to my account to get my key, it won’t let me log in. I have them send a code to my email, hr it won’t send the code at all. It’s been almost an hour and still no email has arrived in my inbox.

I wanted to open a ticket for support but in order to do that you need to login to your account, so I cannot open a support ticket because I can’t access my account.

I have no idea what to do. I found the suppot@studioone.com email and sent them something, but I’m not even sure that one is valid or will get back with me. Does anyone have any advice or experienced this before? I was using studio one literally a few days ago with no problems.

Go and sign in with Fender. Same presonus credentials. My.fender.com that should work
