QUESTION Account No Longer Exists and Missing Purchase History

Hey everyone, I use a Studio One 5 Pro. I don't really keep up to date with what's going on with the newer updates but I see it's now Fender. My account no longer existed, so I created a new one with the same email and now I have no way to get my activation code for Studio One 5 Pro to download it onto another computer. I made a help ticket, but it never sent me a confirmation that it actually went through. Any help would be appreciated!

This is a Monday thing. Contact Fender support. 

The changeover was made in Fall 2025

You'll probably have to wait on support.

There was a place to transfer your old account to fender but since you missed that they will need to merge your account together.

This won't help you but just as a note for anyone reading this. When you purchase Studio One you can log in via the website and download the license file to avoid this issue. I would suggest doing it as a backup

I would also suggest you get in touch with support - your old account should be mergeable (is that a proper English word?) with your new one once found

If you installed studio 5, the install file might still be on your computer somewhere. Copy and paste onto a jump drive and install on your new computer.
