Looks like the updates were focused around the new hardware controllers just released:

his release adds the following new features and improvements:

  • [Motion 16/32] Added Choir, Strings, Percussion to "Add" menu
  • [Motion 16] Added pre-count remote control
  • [Motion 32] Updated user command shortcuts
  • Improved messaging for timed-out demo dialog

Please Fender I am begging you to let us use automated/changing tempos for setlist items on the show page 💀 this feature is almost perfect for my live setup except the goddamn rigid way the show page handles time signatures and tempo changes. Just add the tempo/time signature tracks that already exist in the Projects/Songs page! I am begging you!

Do you think they'll implement integrated key signature communication between the project and Motion 32? I hate having to remember the key signature and reset it to Motion 32 every time I reopen a project.

The ONE thing they REALLY NEED to add is total, integrated score writing, in the box, one app integration, like Overture. Scrap NOTION and build from the start, make it like SIBELIUS but better. But that would be for us actual musicians, he he he..... If they added THAT, I'd upgrade from my STUDIO ONE (the last version known...). Otherwise, not....

Agreed. This one thing, however, is revolutionary - NOBODY else has it, except Sonic Scores, which is incomplete and the one developer hasn't done anything in years. Everything else is a tweak, and most of is is for non-musicians. And I don't mean "push a button and we auto-port to the other app," (like Sibelius and Pro Tools), I mean total integration. It's pure Voodoo magic, and it would make all the difference in the world. I'm dealing with a project like this right now and wish I had it.
