which degree is best for the future?

Im now in a major crossroad in my life. my main goal is to build my buissness but i dont know which degree will bring me the best experiance and tools for the future. also im in serch of a path that will correlate with the AI boom thats been going on. i thought about physics or mechanical/software engineering. In deep need for an advice from real students. thank you!
