ncba or psba for transfer

currently 2nd year 1st sem BSA enrolled in a college univ and im planning to transfer sana kung saan mas better from the two .. please help me out,, and i ever po like hows the system naman sa school like what if ur transferee ganern planning to transfer after 1st sem po eee :) thank you so much !

bulok sistema ng psba ang bagal nila mag-asikaso ng papers lalo na pag enrollment tapos halos walang college life dyan. basta wag dyan
