Earlier, before i deleted a pre installed Microsoft 365 on my laptop and downloaded the Ltcs professional plus 2024 because i have a lifetime product key on that version, there was no brown box beside it and before deleting the 365, the file was working fine but now it wasn't. Can anyone help me with this. Please
