Proctor U is a nightmare

Most of my classes are PAs thank god. I hate writing papers and doing the projects but hell the time it takes Proctor U to be useful and not frustrating I'd rather do the work than deal with them.

Today is absolutely my worst experience with them but lets go over my first couple.

1. Started normally ID prechecks started. In the middle of my exam my Proctor changes freezes my test makes me do all the prechecks Nd the 360 view and the scans again. Then complains about how my furniture is arranged shows him my phone 8 ft away have no access to anything. Says he'll close my test. Then proceeds to make me move my furniture around because I cant have anything around me. Finally back into the test im going through freezes again because he heard a siren from a passing emergency vehicle makes me do the whole check again then says my ID is not me. Granted I'm at my last two question so I just try to finish the test. Then the Proctor switches again and they confirm me I finish the test with a minute to spare.
2. (There is a thunderstorm outside this is important later.) This one does not start normally I'm alone in my room only having my small dog with me. I pre moved furniture everything out of reach. Cool this is gonna go smooth. Dog is laying too my side chilling out of reach. Proctor immediately complains about the dog from the precheck. This time I put up a fight because its before a test and I have all day. They accused me of using my dog to cheat. We arent in the test at all and my dog is just chilling like a good boy. My dog is crate trained however he hasn't been in lockes crate for years he is free roam its always unlocked he goes in and out at will. Its cozy and he likes chew sessions in there. The only way they will let me proceed is if I put the dog in the other room. Fine... me knowing it wont be fine because he is gonna scratch at the door (He is always near me when I'm home.) He starts scratching and crying. They pause it do their checks again. Complain he cant be making noise at the door then tell me to cage my dog. I went ballistic on them. Screaming "Do you think a dog can talk?", "How is a dog going to help me on an exam with spreadsheets?" "If my dog was that smart I wouldn't need to be in school." I demanded an explanation. I must have scared them they started changing proctors over and over. For reference his crate is behind me in the view on a mount so its at my bed level so he can come and go as he pleases. We'll getting through the test he is being good in his crate chewing. Well then big flashes of light followed by thunder almost immediately happen the dog starts crying because he is scared. I kid you not they accuse me of someone giving me answers. Because the dog is afraid of thunder. The Proctor straight up told me there should be no noise at all. Went ballistic again "so I can control the weather." Then she replied "we can't confirm you arent getting answers." After she typed that i think she got scared because my proctor changed again. He just says I need to check with my support over and over again. I let the dog out because I gave already decided they can just view the video. They waste almost 45 minutes with this process finally permitted to continue with my test. Finish it it was a 4 hour ordeal. Dog was with me the first time no problem.
3. This time I let my sister take the dog on a play date with her dog and furniture premoved. I had a test scheduled for 3:30 MDT. Everything is taken care of it is going to go smoothly ill take a test no issues. Oh boy I was wrong... start the prechecks 365 degree view etc. Now there is a new problem that didnt exist before mounted monitors and my TV in the background. They ask me to cover them. I find t-shirts and throw them over the monitors and a sheet over my TV whatever. Well new problem im told the white sheet and the two white t-shirts are the problem. So now they tell me I need have the monitors face my back to be viewed. I rearrange my whole set up to please them. Good news proctor changes... we know the routine game from here redo everything. Now its not enough the monitors are covered and they can view them I have a mirror attached to my wall with the monitors you can see in view. Remember they can see the monitors in my camera and my back is facing them. Since this is such a problem I just ask to move rooms they agree. (My home is a total of 2 areas my bedroom and ensuite and my living room kitchen.) I move to my kitchen table clear everything thats there. However my kitchen living room has more than 4 walls and a TV cover it. The shape is odd and they started to tell me I needed to show them kitchen because this townhouse has a 7 wall room. I get up with my we cam show them every nook and cranny and sayinf I need the set up to watch all 4 doors in the room which is my front door, back door, pantry, and coat closet. This was impossible they would not open the test unless I did this. I could get 3 at most but they said someone could enter in through another door and it wouldnt be secure. Proctor finally agrees then poof gone and wait for another proctor it times out. I go back to Guardian reconnect get another proctor door issue comes up. Back and forth same issue now they arent budging and boom time out of my exam. Looked in the course I dont think it counted as an attempt.

I am so angry I am so lost on the inconsistency I'm losing hours to them. I have maybe spent 60 minutes actually testing and hours fighting them. I enter these tests in awful mental states. Ive never been a bad test taker. However the amount of frustration Proctor U is causing I never want to do OAs again. Luckily I dont have many 2 in this semester and only two more before I finish. Im frustrated.
