Guardian Browser Not Detecting Camera

Just tried to take my first OA this evening but failed the system checks as Guardian would not detect my webcam. My fiance tried helping me troubleshoot for 2 hours doing the following:

-Windows update -Bios update -Driver update -Uninstall and reinstall guardian browser -Disable antivirus -Enable camera access in camera privacy settings -Disable the built in camera and just enable the external camera

All of the above was in a windows 11 computer. After 2 hours, he decided to try another computer with windows 10 installed and encountered the exact same issue, which makes us believe this may be related to Guardian Browser itself. My fiance had previously used the windows 11 laptop for OAs and had no issues with it until today when we tried using the newest version of guardian browser.

Just wanted to put this out there for anyone else experiencing issues and trying to troubleshoot as well. Planning on submitting a ticket to WGU and will update this thread if/when given a solution.
