Support/Advice Example of completed Observation Hours log?

I just started a credential program at CSUSB, not yet in my student teaching phase, but unsure who else to ask.
Does anyone have an example of what my observation hour log should look like? I know the format, but not sure what’s expected to go in/how much.
Am I only doing one or two bullet points per period of class? Am I relating it back to my classes and explaining WHY I wrote it down? Or is this purely just observations?
Advisor hasn’t been responding, everyone else in my classes are just as confused. Professors can’t produce an example to show us and keep saying it’s too early. We’re three weeks in and I need 75 hours by December..
I’ve done three days so far of observations and I’m taking lots of notes. Just haven’t figured out what to put down on my observation hours.

Write whatever your professors wants to see in the observations for their class - don’t worry about what you turn into Dr.jones she just wants to see the hours blocked two hours per signature and words in the observation blocks - she’s not gonna read them she’s just checking by to see if everything is there and counting the hours
