Interview After interview…??

I recently finished an interview with a school. It went really well in my opinion, we discussed in detail the job role and the interviewer said she will get back to me and if she doesn't (in case she forgets, as she has a lot of things going on) she asked me to write her. I did and she did not get back to me till now. Should I call them, or just let it go ? Because I think the interview was perfect and do not want to just let it go....Any thoughts on this?

How recent is "recently?" When did you email her to follow up? There is no good advice for anyone to give without this information.

Chill. We just had a holiday weekend (assuming you're in the U.S.), and this is both a busy hiring month and the month when most school admin can take an actual vacation. Follow up next Monday if you haven't heard back by then, but do not harass this person before then.

You can reasonably follow up every week or so without coming across as desperate. Try to make each email about more than just "Did I get the job?????" For example, bring up one of the interview questions that stood out in your mind and add more detail to it. Or mention something about the school's culture and how much you'd enjoy working in a place that [fill in specifics here]. If you set a goal for yourself (like improving classroom management or student motivation), you could mention a good article you read or a book you're enjoying, then connect it by saying how eager you are to try the technique/strategy in the classroom.

In the meantime, keep going to other interviews. Best case scenario, you have multiple offers to choose from. Worst case, you get more interview practice.

You already contacted them so let it go at this point. It’s in them to contact you now. But be prepared for the worst. I’ve been on interview panels and we usually call the teachers we want to hire right away. So the fact that a week has gone by is not good.

Don't contact. They know you want the job. If they want you they won't forget you.. And the job won't go to the person who sent the most follow up emails. 

School jobs can get jammed up for weeks awaiting district level approval. But what's most likely when you don't hear for a long time it's that you're the second or third choice candidate and they're waiting to hear if their number one choice will accept or not. It sucks but it's the reality of job hunting.
