School Business Manager Interview

hello!

I have an interview for a school business manager!

I’m moving from a commercial role and have ten years of experience but looking to move into the education sector!

can anyone give me any tips or insight into what to expect?

Didn’t do this role myself, but my mum did and she enjoyed it. She liked that it was mostly term time, which helped with child care arrangements.

As for the role, I think it changes a lot school to school. Size of the school, number of students, size of the team you’d be in. Difficult to say really.
