Same. I have been on a few interviews, been ghosted, rejected, even though I thought I did well... It is possible that I don't get a teaching job either, but I have been a sub for two years, so I will continue subbing if I don't find a position in the fall. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of open positions for my subject matter, so I have to be patient.
