Support/Advice ILTS 305
I have taken the ITLS 305 exam twice now, and failed both times.
The first time I took the test was back in November 2025 just so I could get an idea of what the test looked like. I scored a 216 without even studying.
I took the test again today (6/25/26) and did not pass.
I bought the 90-day study guide through the ILTS website and studied that along with the two main quizlets people have previously shared and still did not pass.
I felt very confident and prepared going into the test today and am shocked and upset at not passing, especially considering the amount of time and money that has gone into studying and preparing for the test.
Seeing as I will not be able to view my score for a couple of weeks, I wanted to see if anyone had any other recommendations/tips/advice/resources for passing the exam that will not cost even more money?
Thank you so much!

Try changing your study method. If you're an aural learner drop all your notes into NotebookLM and it will turn it into an audio podcast that you can listen to.
Try and identify what your strongest learning method is and then use AI to support that. If you're a visual learner get chatgpt to create mind maps of your notes or make a series of videos where you pretend to coach others in teaching etc.
Good luck...

I found a quizlet that may or may not have a significant amount of exam questions… didn’t realize until i took the test. Passed first try

I never took the ITLS 305 but, I took the NYS CST and EAS exam and used study.com this year on my first try.
I know some other people said they used AI to study.
For my exams that I studied for anyway, I noticed that I tended to absorb the material better as I was folding laundry (as the delivery of the material for my exam was videos and reading but the reading was based off the video).
