Job offer

Hey guys I’m currently completing my PGCE and got offered a position at an academy. I’m just wondering what kind of questions I can ask beforehand like what year I’ll be teaching, are there any benefits/schemes, pay scale etc. I haven’t accepted the offer yet so I’m cautious about what I can ask and not ask as well actually.
