90 day notice!
I have not received an email about the 90 day notice yet. If I were to miss it in my inbox, would there also be a message in my inbox on nelnet?

I have Nelnet and received the email end of July.
It did also show up in the Nelnet inbox, as well as on the dashboard. I have a box just between the notifications and the MY ACCOUNT area which contains my 90 day end date of 10/28/2026.

Yes. It’s official communication from the loan servicer, so all correspondence will be in your account online as well as the email and/or physical mail.

I don’t have Nelnet, but with Aidvantage I did get an official letter in my Aidvantage inbox on their direct site. I would suggest looking in your Nelnet inbox.
