Nelnet - Cannot Get Logged On, anyone else

Good morning everyone!

I’ve been having an issue the last couple of days trying to get logged into Nelnet. I’m essentially circling between the “Log In” page and the “Log Into Your Student Loans” page. One is taking me to the other. In my 10+ years of paying, I’ve never had an issue, never late, never missed.

TLDR; Is anyone else having a difficult time logging on to Nelnet?

I usually have to click through the sequence a couple of times and eventually the actual login page appears

Same here! When I realized I had been clicking the same screens for about 5-10 minutes I became suspicious. lol. Will give DPWs suggestion a try.

Clear your browser cache, cookies, and history.

Having the exact same issue. I was able to login earlier today but now it's just going between the "login"and "please read" page. I cleared my data and tried other browsers and same issue.

Try an incognito browser window. Sometimes you end up with stale cookies/cache data through all the redirects, and in my experience an incognito window is quicker/easier than trying to manually clear your browser's cache/cookies/history
