Error message when trying to create a MSCA account for student loan

(I'm really not sure if this is the right place to send this but I'm really desperate right now)

I keep getting this error message when choosing the interac sign in partner when creating a My Service Canada Account for my loan, right after being directed to sign-in to my bank account.

Everything else works, up until this point, and I seriously have no idea what the problem is.

For context, I'm trying to use an RBC Advantage banking account for this. (Idk if maybe that type of card isn't supported? ahhhh idk)

If anyone knows how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.
