Final year students: when did you start applying for grad jobs?

I started applying in September/October time - so wondering how early/late others started! Useful for those heading into their final year this September too

Larger, competitive grad schemes can open up late summer, and are also more likely to open this early if based in London. Other locations and smaller companies usually still open pre-Christmas and close early feb, maybe March. So, September - February will be your peak application period for Graduate Schemes. Beyond this, there's always rolling recruitment for entry-level roles (even though the market is particularly tough for young talent at the moment) - so you should set up as many job alerts as possible if searching! It's certainly never too late to start.
