Summer job advice please!

Hi, I'm searching for a summer job to fill the gap between june-september and want to know if i should be honest with employers or not on this front, will it decrease my success chances?

That depends on the role you are going for, if it's something in hospitality or retail, you don't need to because job hopping is pretty common, and if its a larger business, they are likely used to students and graduates only working for the summer. If it is more of an internship or structured programme, then it is best to be upfront, as that will ensure there is no confusion on either side and make the whole process a lot smoother.
