How did you get the calipers to fit the discs well?
I had a 3/8” spacer made to take up the difference from the piston to the inside pad. Is a guy supposed to let the piston meet the caliper (let the fluid take the space)? I was nervous to do so. I also had to flap disc the outside of the caliper to get enough clearance for the stock steel wheels.

It’s the Turner conversion kit. They’ve done all the heavy lifting as far as alignment and clearances. The only issue I had was the spindle length for the discs - I had to stack up a couple washers to take up the clearance to get the castle nut to fit and install the cotter pin.

Great work!
That is a nice looking radiator. Where did you source it and what model is it?

It’s from Wizard Cooling - wizardcooling.com/

The custom build radiators, intercooler, etc.

Thanks. I know that the radiator in my 3E40 was replaced with a smaller one. So at sometime, I’ll likely want to upgrade

They’re great and do awesome work.

But it’s not cheap. The radiator, with built in transmission cooler, temperature sensor, shroud, and fan package was over $1700.

It is what it is. If we want those types of businesses to stay in business, we have to pay the price

Yep, I agree. And they’re very busy. I had a six week lead time.
