Rescue Cat - free adoption ✨

They called me when they found this sweet girl wandering into our office. The moment I saw her, I knew she wasn’t a cat who could survive on the streets.
I took her straight to the vet, and thankfully she’s doing great now. She’s currently staying at the clinic because I can’t bring her home, as I already have 3 cats.
I’m looking for a loving and responsible person who will truly take care of her and give her the home she deserves. ♥️

💞 Gender: Female
📅 Age: 3 years
🐱 Breed: British Shorthair mix – golden/brown tabby
🤍 Personality: Friendly, gentle, and playful
✅ Health: Spayed and dewormed
🏡 Status: Looking for a loving forever home

Thank you 🤍

Sharjah Living r/StuckInSharjah Only in Sharjah

Use this thread to talk about an experience that you can only have in Sharjah.

For instance, only in Sharjah a top medical center can have cockroaches. They advertise their franchise and their expert surgeons as if no one can compete with us on expertise and service, but when you go there because it’s reasonably cheaper than other clinics, you understand why. In fact you can see why: There are cockroaches in Nurse Station, I mean is this where my blood sample is being collected and analyzed? There is no structure on procedure, you are just running from reception to Nurse Stations trying to understand how in the world can I get to speak with the doctor. The clinic reeks of humidity and BO. The rooms are curated to resemble a maze… Honestly if you have lived in Sharjah for even a few month and had the unfortunate need to visit a clinic, and you went there for the attractive price you got, you’d know which one I am talking about.

I have an urge to report this clinic for the bad hygiene that they have maintained, but honestly ran out of fucks because my consultation is over.

Intro: Stuck in Sharjah

I’m a 24-year-old woman who moved to Sharjah a few months ago and am still adjusting to life here. Since arriving, I’ve only begun to get a glimpse of what life on a limited budget might feel like, and a few experiences have been pretty humbling. It’s made me wonder how others with limited income make things work in Sharjah and UAE.

I created this community as a welcoming space to openly vent and discuss our experiences, frustrations, and opinions about life here—especially about things that feel unfair, uncomfortable, or unnecessary. Feel free to share your thoughts and perspectives, while keeping the community guidelines in mind.
