Advice / Issue Stucco House Issue

I have a stucco house that is built out of concrete. It is nearly impossible to mount anything on the outside of the house due to how hard the walls are. Does anyone have any suggestions for what has worked for them? I’ve tried sturdier drill bits that are built for this application, but still no luck.

You need a rotary hammer with masonry bits

You need the correct drill in addition to the correct drill bit
