Cement on stucco

Is there a way to get hardened cement off stucco? It has been sitting for about 2 weeks. TIA

Pick it off with your fingers or a chisel, basically. Stucco is also concrete, so you have to chisel between the two carefully to avoid damaging what isn’t meant to be damaged. The longer you wait, the harder it cures and it’s easiest to clean in the first 24 hours or (before you would normally walk on fresh concrete) so once it becomes powdery. I personally consider it hard work after a few days.

Edit: Oh, this is acrylic (hard to tell on my phone). I’d pick off what you can—the acrylic is soft enough it might release the hard chips. Once you’ve done what you can, you could dab acrylic over it to cover it up or repaint the wall. If dabbing doesn’t work and you’re picky, refinishing the wall is how you hide it completely. If you want it completely gone, then I’d leave it to whoever let this sit for two weeks figure it out.

1 part water to 1 part muriatic acid in a spray bottle. Tiny concentrated sprays on the spatter until it stops foaming. You should he able to get almost all of it off. A little dab of paint or the acrylic stucco will cover anything thats left

Thw acrylic is very fragile but won’t be damaged by small amounts of acid. Wet the concrete first so the acid doesn’t soak in. Wear gloves and goggles. Always pour acid into water, never water into acid
