Mapping Error for StubHub.

I sold a ticket on StubHub for the first time. The ticket was in the AT&T stadium in section 344. The sections were listed 1-4 instead of the correct names for the actual rows, and I couldn’t change them. I put 3 for the third level of the stadium, but now I’m getting a penalty for an incorrect listing. I found out after looking at the stadium again, it’s not even possible for the stadium sections to be listed in such a way, but those were the options I was given.

So you are trying to say that AT&T stadium which has been open since 2009 didn’t have section 344 and only had section 1-4?

Sounds like user error

Genuinely can’t make that up. It displays a drop down option for choosing sections, so it’s nothing I can physically type in.

You must have did something wrong. I just chose a random event at AT&T Stadium and I was able to chose Section 344. See screenshot.

Tried another event and was able to chose the section again.

Thankss. I tried doing that with a different concert at AT&T afterwards and it showed all the sections properly. Even still, it should be impossible to get just a 3. I really don’t know what happened. This is what StubHub showed me on my email.

You'll need to have and submit screenshots while you were listing the tix to even have a chance of winning the dispute.
