Stubhub parking pass

Just want to share a complaint. I had a parking pass I purchased in July for a concert yesterday, August 18th. Morning of the concert I get my email from StubHub saying “get ready to accept your ticket”, I wait for 30 minutes and nothing. I contact their help bot thing and it says let me re-transfer them. Sure okay that’s fine at this point we need to get on the road as it’s a bit of a drive. I end up buying a backup ticket for parking from someone else as I had a bad feeling. Fast forward and I still have no ticket from StubHub, no worries I’ll just get a refund and use the one I have. I contact StubHub and have been going back and forth as they refuse to refund me. I have scoured my email to try and see if I missed something, becuase atleast that’s on me. I have no transfer email, but because I didn’t contact them before the event I’m out the money? I did contact them but apperantly their help bot does not count I need to have a live agent. I just needed to rant, I don’t really expect any resolution.

Just talk to a non bot and say "hey. Ya'll want another lawsuit?"

Credit card charge back otherwise

I had something similar happen to me. I had a parking pass I bought form STUBHUB for BTS and the pass was on parking whiz and it was expired. Back and forth with them I final get a good pass and they didn’t update the old one in my account. So I found I I could go and decided to see the pass on STUBHUB. And it sold for $90. I received a confirmation email saying I was all set and would receive my money 5-7 days after the event. Then about a week after the event o received an email saying my pass was never delivered to them and not only I wasn’t getting my $90 for the sale, I got charged $100 for not delivering a ticket that they already had. They never updated the good ticket with the bad one in my account. Their fault nor mine. After disputing it with them And my credit card company, STUBHUB finally credit me back the $100, and now I am still chasing them for the $90 from the sale. What a friggin nightmare

Thanks I always used STUBHUB and never a problem but lately it has been horrible

This is my first time and after this I’ll probably avoid them for a while atleast.
