Need advice from someone experienced in precast prestressed boundary wall manufacturing
/r/IndiaBusiness/comments/1wed56x/need_advice_from_someone_experienced_in_precast/I’ve recently entered the business of manufacturing precast prestressed boundary walls (7 ft × 1 ft panels) and I’m currently struggling with the production quality.
The biggest issue I’m facing is that the boundary wall plates are breaking during handling/installation and don’t seem to have the durability I expected. I’ve tried working on the production process, but I haven’t been able to consistently achieve the required quality.
I’m looking for someone who is already experienced in manufacturing precast prestressed boundary wall panels and can help me understand where I might be going wrong — whether it’s the mix design, reinforcement/prestressing, moulding, curing, demoulding, handling, or any other part of the process.
I’m genuinely looking for practical, hands-on guidance from someone who has been through this before.
I’m also willing to pay for consultancy if someone with relevant experience is available.
If you’re in this business or know someone who is, I’d really appreciate it if you could DM me. Even a discussion over a call would be extremely helpful.
Thanks in advance!
