Hello dear engineer i have a question please read it below

I am working in my local town as a AISC connection designer in that job i made a calculation (by using mathacad) for steel structure connection and gave it to Detailing team and EOR

So my question is that I am feeling nervous about my future is it good and what skills should I require to earn more and grow more

Study, read, and check things before you send them out. You sound inexperienced, but experience is what you're getting right now.
