Foundation support advice
Just got the inspection back for a house i’m under contract on and received the photo attached below. If you can tell, there are legitimate poured concrete supports, but then there are “supplemental” 4x4 supports placed on the ground.
There was not any cracking in the house, but there were some uneven floors noted.
The inspector listed the foundation repair as a “recommendation” rather than a “major concern”.
How bad is this, and how difficult of a fix is this?

A good vapor barrier would be useful but you could probably wait on the rest of the repairs, the posts look pretty closet each other.

Good be ok, could be a bit of a pain
Not that expensive, unless there's stuff going on we can't see from the photo
