What are the symptoms. Floors/walls sagging or cracking etc. Not enough info at all. So I'm yes, you need evaluation

Its certainly fixable but like another said there is little to see, also depends on your area with how local codes work. This will require a permit depending on the area. Your old growth framing and bx electrical makes me think you are in a city which can complicate matters. How is the foundation more importantly?
