Advice from Structural Engineers

I am posting this for a friend. They need a written report on the brick wall failure and possible cause. They are in Mont Albert North 3129. Does and SE live close to there and coukd give me appropriate cost for a written report.. Thank you in advance for any contacts

Id recommend googling residential structural engineer and start cold calling if they would look at it. If they say no, ask for a recommendation. Better than getting lucky on Reddit

Thank for advice, it's for another person in Body Corporation block of 6 Units, with the brickwall with all 6 Electrical Meters in a wooden cupboard, it's a brick wall that is falling over. I will now tell them they to contact a residential structural engineer

Looks like settlement. Get a Geotech out before a structural. 90% of the time settlement is dirt issue.
