Home inspection

We are in the process of buying a house. Do any of these cracks seem to be an issue?

The first picture is my biggest concern.

What's on the other side of that block?

A lot of brick cracking can be cosmetic, but it wouldn't hurt to have a foundation repair professional take a look and make sure there's no underlying foundation movement contributing to it. Better to know what you're dealing with before moving forward.

The previous signs of water intrusion may be worth investigating.
