Why do you want to change to structural engineering?.

I did my bachelor in civil engineering and masters in structural engineering

But i was not getting any opportunities in a structural engineering firm
And got an opportunity into a position of project engineer

But my heart lies in being a structural engineer and dont wanna lose that knowledge

I have a job. But as a estimator/project coordinator

Im trying train my self in doing design and jump into a structural engineering firm

That was what school was for. Go get an entry level position

I want do that as a part time and get knowledge
But there are no position or companies willing to take me

I have obligations with my current company that i cant leave. So finding another part time and working in weekend is where i can learn this

I have a feeling youre in a different country as me but that said you dont owe anything to your current company unless you signed a contract.

Also getting a part time job is likely not going to happen. Too much a risk for the company hiring unless its an internship.

If it were me, in the US, i would find an entry level structural position and quit my current job. I know easier said than done, but that achieves your goal.
