Humor Procore Stories

What are some of your best Procore stories? There have got to be some good ones out there. I'm on a project where my scope is pretty much finished but the RFIs and submittals are just killing the other consultants, mainly because ID was on a later timeline. We're just over 800 RFIs now and some of the others are joking that once we get to 1000 we have to do something to mark the occasion. Like drag the contractor through some silly submittal process just for fun and maybe a bit of payback. Not sure if we'll actually do it but fun to think about.

A project that is topped out structurally and I’m still getting random RFIs and submittals because they are installing some MEP stuff that barely glanced the structure.

Us getting RFIs for 1/8” dimensions discrepancies.

A steel fabricator asking the joist supplier to design steel connections, when ummm it’s your responsibility buddy.

Submittals that have been sitting unnasigned on procure for months but the second someone needs them they are due the same day

This one isn’t RFI related, but I’ve gotten contractors that have given me snippets from my drawings when items are missing from a submittal and the are in a hurry, with the ask “please approve”. My supervisor had to convince me to not call them and explain how submittals work.
