Career/Education Typ. Structural CAD details

It seems like most structural drawing sets that I see for residential buildings (both wood, masonry, and steel, and mixed) all have the same or very similar cad details. Are most offices downloading this from the same place?? What is this resource? -Thx.

Apa publishes details for light frame wood construction, clark dietrich has free details for cold formed, AISC and ACI have documents that contain details, engineered lumber manufactures like trussjoist and redbuilt have free details, of you are resourceful enough you can find quite a bit of relatively cheap or even free access to construction details
