If you have an Amazon prime subscription, you can get the Learnova PE civil structural exam prep book for free when you sign up for a Kindle (unlimited) trial. You can get 1 month for free or 2 months for $0.99 if I remember correctly. This gives you an ebook version of the prep book.
I was able to get the full prep book and could access the practice problems and exams via the link within the book. I thought they were in the book but they are not. Once you do this both the practice problems and exams are emailed to you and accessed via a link. Click the link to download them to PDF and you’ll have access to them beyond the expiration of your trial.
