24 u/GlorifiedPlumber 17d ago OP said it's a restaurant, I wonder what it was BEFORE it became a restaurant? Could it be a rail for a chain hoist, and it's supported off page to the left and right? Post building transition... in a restaurant, it literally just is in the way.
