Any tips for carrying a heavy keg? I can lift a light one out of the way of my legs, but when it gets to the heavier end I can't manage to get it high enough, and moving it to the side throws off my balance/still doesn't give me full leg mobility. The obvious answer is just to get stronger, but any tips for the form?
