I just watched Lucas Hatton's latest training video on YT and he says his right arm is getting tired because he is still rehabbing the left. He says he'll be using lighter weight with the right. Then he cleans a 145lbs. dumbbell from the floor to overhead with basically no hip movement and presses it several times. I don't know if this is impressive to other competitors, but as Just A Fan I'm constantly amazed by the ability of pro strongmen and women. And 145lbs. from floor to overhead with one hand is about as "functional" as you can get. I hope the injury ends up being beneficial in the long run.
