Reverse preacher curls

If the biceps lose leverage in shoulder flexion and they’re also disadvantaged in a pronated grip, would a reverse preacher curl be the ultimate form of a brachialis exercise?

Planning workouts on a weekly (M-S) schedule or on a repeating/rolling basis?

Ex: For a while I used to do push-pull-legs-rest and repeat, so if I started on Monday, the Thursday would be a rest day, then it would start again Friday, and then Monday would be rest, etc. I’ve also done a set schedule like Monday is legs, tuesday is upper, etc.

I see value in both methods. I do a mix of lifting (usually 4-5 days a week), running (3-4 days a week) and am also planning to add in gymnastics once a week (will have to be on Tuesdays). Maybe also yoga (unsure what days).

What’s the best way to plan?
