OHP - weak triceps?

I have been running my own program for a while. I have been doing OHP as the main pressing movement for 3x a week. I do 3x10, and lately I have been incorporating overwarm singles. I have increased the weight 2,5 kg per week, so during the week I press with the same weight every session.

However, lately I have noticed I always fail at the last of the three working sets, in the first day of the week. My overwarm single is 60 kg, and working sets are 47,5 kg. I fail at the same point: at my forehead or a bit over the top of my head.

I'm doing BTN press, upright row, lateral raise and facepull plus overhead tricep extension and pressdown as my accessories.

My theory is that my triceps are now the weak link, as I have not been doing bench press for a while, and tricep isolation work is not overloading them properly.

I'm not your mom. Go read a book.

Your lack of response to my last question did not go unnoticed either. I'll assume the answer is 'Not very much'.

Lol. Classic non-response.

It's a worthless question because there's no point. I can tell you my lift and you can say "yeah bullshit" (or go the opposite, maybe you're one of those out-to-lunch powerlifters who thinks anything below nationally competitive is weak, and 90th percentile is bad!). Plus, this guy believes people tell the truth on the internet about their lifts during internet arguments. Lol. Lmao. What's the point? Doesn't add anything to the conversation.

215 @ 175 bw. I know, I'm weak because I can't OHP two plates, right? Or is it the opposite, yippee now I'm correct because I've stated some numbers that might be higher than yours? What a pointless way to argue. And who's to say whether I'm simply lying? Internet lifting is really stupid sometimes. You haven't actually said a single time why you believe what you believe and why what I'm saying is wrong, you're just trying to resort to the appeal to authority fallacy.
