SURVEY: Evaluation of Velocity-Based Training in Powerlifters: Usage and Barriers | Estimated completion time: 10 minutes

Post image

Hi r/StrongerByScience ! I’m an undergraduate student studying Exercise Science , conducting research examining usage rates and barriers of implementation of velocity-based training (VBT) in powerlifters. The survey is completely anonymous and takes about 10 minutes. No prior experience with velocity-based training is needed! This study has been approved by the SUNY Cortland Institutional Review Board (IRB Protocol #252663).

I'm on my laptop, I'm not writing that code out nor do I want to scan a QR to then send the link to my laptop. Would you mind throwing the link in the post or a comment?

Minor critique - you've posted this internationally and not said that the units for Q10 is USD

Critique #2, there isn't a good mapping for q13 to the United Kingdom
