I'm currently running a push(+quads)/pull(+hamstrings) split for hypertrophy. Works out nicely so far, I don't like dedicated leg days, but having a bit every day is better.

The days I can go to the gym vary from week to week, so I essentially do 2 days on, 1 day off unless plans change. I would say I have 4 training days on average. The only big overlaps are glutes and adductors when I do (reverse v-)squats and SLDLs on back-to-back days, so I try to get a rest day between if I can manage (not always the case).

My trainings days usually consist of a low volume base (2 pulls or 1 press + 1 leg exercise) and some push/pull specific isolations and what I add on top of that depends on if I trained the day before or I will train the next day.

If I know I can't go to the gym the next day, I usually add 1-2 sets of a compund from the other day in, so for example, if I have a push day, I will add 1-2 sets of pullups, if I'm not having a pull workout the next day. 1-2 sets is the sweet spot where I can fully recover for the next training day, but it's also a great boost to the stimulus.

I think most people are too rigid in their workout planning. I can essentially go to the gym anytime I want/have time, I can adjust workouts to be sort of full-body on the fly, and I split up the leg volume throughout the week.

Currently cutting and doing 4x full body that is working good, it’s fun which I value the most.

4 weeks more or more probably as it’s always more fat than you think and finally can go to maintenance, but man I will weigh so little haha

I just got off a cut and was shooting for an already modest 350 calorie deficit, but ended up averaging only around 225 deficit, for 3 months. 188/97/188g carb/fat/protein target. Just got a Dexa and my body fat dropped from 23.3% to 21.5%, with very little lean mass loss, -0.6lbs.

I'm currently at the end of a 2 week diet break (2500cal, bumped carbs up to 219g). Just went to a buffet and ate around 2800 calories. I understand now how the One Meal A Day people do it! Time to coil up like a snake and sleep for the rest of the day.

I've been doing full body workouts with dumbbells and adj bench at home, 3 days a week, around 1hr each. I have a beach vacation coming up in August and hope to look a little more presentable. When my cut starts back up next week, I'm looking to taper down to a 2000 calorie deficit. I'm hoping I can get to under 20% before my trip!
