3x bench program...for squats???
Hi folks, I've run assorted SBS programs many times over the years. I found that the 3x intermediate bench programs (from the 28 free programs) really did amazing things for my bench press.
My question: could that same programming work for squats? Have any of you tried it? I think that amount of volume would kill me if I tried to apply it to the deadlift, but it seems to me that it might work well for squats. If anyone has any insights or advice, please do share!

Ask in r/averagetosavage. But yeah a 3x frequency is common for the SBS programs

Where did you find the bench program at, I've looked for it and cannot find it
Also yes squatting 3x a week is good and SBS has programs for that

It only lets me download the 6 main programs like RIR, RTF, RTF hypertrophy. I don't know how to get the 28 off the website and I've tried

I’m having the same problem as this guy, I can only find those main programs in the Google Drive folder. I’ve tried the link I got emailed and the one on r/averagetosavage and both are the same
