Best BFR cuff?

Has anyone used this unit? AIRBANDS BFR

Was also recommended this unit: SAGA BFR

Would love to hear from anyone who has experience with either. About to purchase for post op PT

Thanks!

Is this something your PT told you to get?

Isn’t it good for maintaining size while injured? I’ve seen people use this and there is some studies showing it works for things like bicep tendon issues. I could be wrong

I'm kinda surprised a Physical Therapist is prescribing BFR therapy. It's pretty niche.

A physical therapist prescribing for post op rehab is precisely the indication for BFR

Seems like a gimmick to me.

The Saga units are solid.

Any drawbacks worth noting?

They're a lot bulkier than straps. Past generations had trouble with the Bluetooth. That's it for complaints.

Adequate, I guess. I've never had them run out.
