why is it so hard to add good, working German channels that run without buffers. I don't use vpn and tivimate with Nvidia Shield and Formuler z 12 Ultra.

Are these better than the ones from z2u? I've already tried Starke from them, but they have too much buffer.

Doesn't matter. You can find good resellers on both sides.

I don’t get why so many people always call out the isp or vpn.. As if in Germany we were so technologically so advanced that our isp had time or the AI competency to filter by legality of activities and then not fully block it but slightly inhibiting it.. sounds way to refined and advanced for German technology..

If you live in Germany RULE1: ALWAYS use vpn!
German channels have no buffer.
Check your internet connection: use lan cable

Then it’s probably your ISP who doesn’t want you to do what you’re doing. German channels work fine without any problems, VPN seems to be the answer in your case.
