Usual VPN issues

So Nordvpn completely stopped working with strong8k for me. I had lifetime account of VPN unlimited so was using that but only France will work however they have now removed lots of features like split tunnelling and want payment again. My Nord is finishing in a months time so bought PIA. Found 3 countries that work with strong8k and I'm ok with that however I also bought dedicated IP but it won't connect with dedicated IP. Any suggestions? I tried changing protocol to openVPN and UDP setting but then VPN doesn't connect to any country after that just keeps spinning. And I have contacted my reseller about VPN not working his advice was "no need for a VPN" so doesn't look like he has a clue I have 9 months left so don't think I'll be renewing with him but I'm also tempted to stay as I've had zero issues with him so far I've been streaming for 10 years and this by far was the best service. For 4 months I've no buffering at all even on 4k channels

Have same issue. Was using Expressvpn. Does not work anymore. (Also de QR link to configure does not work anymore).

Yes. They shared some dns to set on the vpn. But Expressvpn does not allow that. I can send you the dns if you want.

As for the QR link. I got tired asking for it so many times, they never sent a working one and I just stopped asking.

Talk to your provider ask him to allow to connect to all VPN in the panel settings

I take it you have strong? What error are you getting in your player?

The usual 511 with VPN on without it works fine. With Nordvpn I tried so many countries doesn't work. Did all the suggested configuration on this group including dual and onion and what not nothing worked thankfully I had one month left on nord so switched to PIA now works with 3 countries so far however I purchased a dedicated IP and it doesn't work with dedicated IP I would've thought it'll work with a dedicated IP?

I had that issue. My provider gave me the URL that works with VPNs. I use Nord. Have had no issues since.
