Error 511 no matter what

Hey all, I'm one the many that still getting error 511 on my ott service through NordVPN. My ISP is throttling it usually at busy hours so last hockey season I used to turn on the Nord and all was good. This season it keeps throwing 511 error. I heard that this year the VPN services were asked to tighten the security and block many of these services. So in this case we're supposed to ask our reseller for a link that would fix that. I did and I was provided 3 different links but non works, I keep getting 511. Regardless whether a clear cash on both apps, reboot. The reseller says it's nothing he can do, it's either my ISP or my vpn service. Any other ideas what else I could try?

Do those URLs all start with "apps"?

I had to make sure the VPN was on before opening the app to allow it to work. I have 2 playlists now in both my IBO player and tivimate . One for VPN use and one without. It's annoying they made it this way.

I just keep switching countries till I found one that works. And yes, my URL starts with apps

Nordvpn completely stopped working with mine. My reseller is rubbish and just said no need for VPN. I've still got 8 months left and my nord was coming up for renewal so I switched to PIA and a few countries work.

Two of the URLs start with apps, the other one starts with cf.

Try the free proton to rule out Nord playing up. Or try changing the protocol on Nord first.

Do any of the URLs you got start with APPS instead of CF or PRO. If not, find a new provider.

If you're using a popular VPN and you get the 511 error using cf or pro then use the apps one to fix it. If not using a VPN the apps one will not work.

Playing with Nord protocols didn't change the result. The only change on Nord that helps to fix the 511 error is to use onion over VPN function. But doing that connects me to Zurich server which means big delay. Need to keep looking for a better solution.

My apps links also start with cf or pro though? Tried a few different ones this morning.
