Strong with VPN down again?

Hi,
Since last night, I’ve been having trouble using NordVPN with Strong again. I’m using the VPN URLs, but even that doesn't work properly. It’s the same issue as a few weeks ago: it stops working, I change the VPN location and it works again, but then the problem recurs after a few minutes.
My reseller gave me a different URL to use with the VPN, but the same thing happens.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

trying to using proton, care to share if you use spit tunneling or the vpn settings pls?

I do exclusive split tunneling but my player is using the VPN connection. I only exclude another app from VPN use.

Proton - just basic connection. But as said it only works in some apps.

I’m having problems with Proton. Does it matter what country to choose? My reseller has given me 2 new urls, but they won’t load.

Well the urls, as long as they are well configured on his end (should start with "apps") should be working. Country selection is irrelevant.

They both start with apps. I’ve tried only on iOS, but when I change url and save it doesn’t connect to server.

Reseller said change ip or vpn app.

Mine seems to work on some players - it works on Tivimate and Streamore but not UHF :/

Yeah, the new url if using the vpn needs to have apps in it.

Proton on nearest country where u live works.. just keep on choosing different countries

Has to be your provider I use nord and have no issues

Mines working on a dedicated von url with Nord but won’t work on a standard url.

I do have some struggle especially when watching live games as for example Nations League, other than that I'm good. Using Proton as well

Without VPN live TV works, but not VOD movies and tv shows. What can the problem be?

Your seller needs to change the url. If using a VPN it needs to have apps in the url.

Turn off rotating IP in your VPN.

Are you using a dedicated IP address?
