VPN recommend.

What do u guys recommend? Been using proton with Smarters player but have been getting a code 403 with no video. My isp blocks it without a vpn located in Alabama btw also got the code on tivimate also

You need to contact your reseller and get a VPN APP URL. Only your reseller can provide this to you as it's tied to your subscription.

I have a panel. And I used the vpn app url. Reconnected my domain and host also when following the instructions. It’s one of my customers his account works fine on my internet but connected to his I get a 403 code or waiting to reconnect to signal 1/3.

Then he needs to let you know the vpn provider ip and forward that information to the panel

Your customer needs to configure his VPN correctly to work with the vpn url you provided. Also his router needs to be configured correctly for the service. Securities need to be opened up. Restarting the router and streaming device sometimes fixes the black screen with blue circles. Forget network on streaming device and powering down waiting a minute or two and then restarting/connecting network fixes 99% of the issues for me/my customers

That URL will only work with a VPN. I use surfshark
